Microsoft Rewards Summer Spotlight Issue

The Summer Spotlight punch card requires you to spend $40 on Summer Spotlight features games. I bought 2 games, Super Star Blast worth approximately $7 and No Man’s Sky worth approximately $37. The first one was counted towards the punch card, but the
2nd one wasn’t, so I’m unable to complete the punch card due to this error, even though both games are featured in the Summer Spotlight. Calling Customer technical support doesn’t help because they don’t even know what I’m talking about... Is there no way
to fix this issue?

Are you referring to the Summer Spotlight sale https://www.xbox.com/en-US/promotions/summer-spotlight, if so the version of the game appears to be the base
game for Age of Wonders Planetfall.

How long since the purchase? It can take up to 72 hours to process.

You need to contact rewards support. They will answer in 24 hours period. They always do. Contact them here. You
can only send them a mail but they always answer in 24 hours period and they will compensate you if something goes wrong. They always do.
