Microsoft rewards stole my points

Keep in mind that it can take up to 24 hours to receive the funds and they are automatically deposited into your account. If you don't receive them after 24 hours, check your order history on the redemption page of the Rewards site and it will either give the option to resend it or it will give you a code to redeem. If not, contact Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.

Unfortunately, if you have signed into a console that has the beta, your gamertag is upgraded (so to speak), and you will be unable to purchase anything until the update is available for everyone (and there is no concrete date for that yet).



The only way to make purchases during this time is on a console with the beta.

-Open the settings app.

-Navigate to System.

-In the system sub-menu, navigate to Apps and Features

-Search for the app in question.

-After selecting the app, select advanced options.

-Tap reset.
