Microsoft Rewards Resident Evil Village +250 points dont work

The resident evil village card that gives you +250 points for do an achievement does not activate, the same happened last month with "Nier" game card, and microsoft rewards support does not respond. The 6000 points card worked fine for me.

Yea we pretty much spent the money for the game cuz we will never see those points never again will I try to. Go for 6000 point again it’s a Microsoft scam I cashed in the point i had then delete the rewards **** off my Xbox

Same thing for me, the 6000 point card works, but impossible to validate the 250 point loyalty card, it is bugged...

please make sure you are redeeming your card through Microsoft account | Redeem. If the card still shows that it hasn't been activated yet, you will need to get in touch with the seller. In case the card was purchased from the Microsoft store, you can get in touch with the support through Contact us | Xbox Support for further assistance. However, if the card was purchased from a third party seller, you will need to get in touch with them to activate it because they are the only ones capable of activating it.

Yea well I still aint get my points I won’t buy another game for points like that even tho I liked the game but still they need to stop offering **** that don’t work
