Microsoft rewards reset

Thank you with the helpful information you provided. Sometimes trying to find something on here is like looking for a certain needle in a pile of needles. I submitted my request and hopefully my issue is dealt with soon. Although most of this could have been avoided had the toll free number actually connected me to someone rather than telling me to go to the website and then hangup on me. Not very professional if you ask me. My apologies though because you've been the most help so far and I thank you very much for that.

Are you talking about Microsoft rewards points? If so then they keep accumulating.
