    Microsoft Rewards Redemption


    hi,

    Just before the new year I redeemed two lots of 12,000 points for Game Pass Ultimate. These have not been added to my account and I have been charged for Game Pass Ultimate for both January and February.

    Can this be looked at please and either refunded to my rewards balance or added to my Game Pass subscription.
