    Microsoft Rewards Program not letting me earn points anymore.


    So, it's taken a toll for the worst. I can't complete or earn points anymore no matter what. I think there is a virus in the program or I could be banned.

    Which points are you referring to? Microsoft points were discontinued in 2013. Are you referring to the credits you earn from the Xbox Rewards program or Microsoft Rewards program?

    No. The Microsoft Rewards program have the same type of offers as the Xbox Rewards program. You can earn 1 point for every $1 you spend at the Microsoft Store and then you earn points for doing things like using Bing for searches and taking their quizzes.
