Microsoft rewards - Preordered Fifa 21

Yesterday i pre-ordered Fifa 21 champions edition digitally through the store on my xbox, before this i had gone on mixrosoft rewards and punched the fifa 21 card. When i go on microsoft rewards now it is still saying ‘Get Fifa 21’ takes me to the store
and says i own it, but hasnt given me the 6000 points for pre-ordering or showed it as completed on the punch card. Can anyone help please?

Whenever I try to submit a report there is always an error message that comes up that says " We're sorry, but something went wrong on our end. Please try again later" I have tried 3 times in the last day. can you please let me know what to do as I am quite
unhappy about this whole situation.

I would try to report it to EA directly since Microsoft won't be able to do much about it.

I've downloaded it and preordered it from fifa 21 same as u but not saying ultimate edition just saying base edition then I go to store and it saying I've still got to buy it for 80.99
