Microsoft Rewards points for the purchase of Star Wars: Rogue One

To whom it may concern,

I recently purchased the movie Star Wars: Rogue One on March 24th because of the Rewards Promotion of 3,000 points being offered. I was just wondering if those points will ever show up in my account. I still don't see anything under pending or recently earned.
Any information would be greatly appreciated!

Keep in mind it takes about 96 hours for credits to show as pending after completing an offer. So it hasn't quite been enough time.

From the FAQ for that offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

After you have completed the offer, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

Since it has not been 96 hours since your purchase, it is too early to see Credits pending. While we have heard that our purchase data has been slightly delayed, this should not overly affect processing, and the Credits should show up as pending by the end
of day tomorrow.

I also did not receive my point reward for purchasing Rogue One on Xbox.

It takes about 96 hours for credits to show as pending after completing an offer. So it would be too soon to see the credits pending. Of you don't have them after 96 hours, you'll want to post in the support section of this forum.
