    Microsoft Rewards Points - Buying Xbox One games


    Hello,

    I recently pre-ordered Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Digital Deluxe Edition and am wondering why I have not yet received microsoft points for my purchase. Going off of this microsoft rewards overview page (Microsoft Rewards - Maximieren Sie Ihre Punktzahl),
    I should be earning 20 points per dollar spent because I am an Xbox Live Gold member.

    Will you please help me figure out how to get my microsoft rewards points?

    50000 Rewards Points

    I received the email offer of 50000 rewards points for buying a new Xbox One from the Microsoft Store. At the time, I didn't realize that they were Xbox Rewards and no Microsoft Rewards. I have since signed up with Xbox Rewards and am wondering if/when I'm
    going to receive my points. Thanks.

    I have been in touch with the Customer Support Team throughout this process. Here are my steps so far.

    1) TWeeted at Microsoft + Xbox - they responded with link to their specialists - https://t.co/YSKZi5mhtv

    2) I chatted with two different representatives and they sent me to this link because they were unable to answer my question - Microsoft Community

    3) I ended up here and the representatives told me to post on the forum and a specialist would be able to answer my question.

    Do you know who I could get in touch with to remedy this? Or should I just follow the link you sent me and submit a ticket?

    Backwards compatibility problem

    Also you can not buy backwards compatible games on xbox one with microsoft reward points or gift cards.

    If you're a part of the Microsoft rewards program, one of the rewards is xbox credit which you can use to buy games, add-ons etc.

    It will take some time, but the rewards are really worth it in the long run.

    Why not? Im on VIP-Level 1 and have Gold (2% Reward-Points)

    • Rewards app and points offers are available only on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S consoles.
    • Buying items from the Microsoft Store on Xbox or searching on Bing.com may not earn points in all countries or regions.
    Still If you have any problems with the Microsoft Rewards app, or with earning points or redeeming them for rewards, go to Microsoft Rewards support

    There is a Microsoft Rewards app that is available on console. Its free to download, there are many ways on how to gain points from there. There is also a Xbox Game Pass Rewards that give you points too.

    Both free for download.
    No, not Reward Points. Microsoft Points as in Prepaid Cards 800, 2100, 4200. You could buy all stuff on Xbox Marketplace with those you know.
