    Punchard rewards aren't appearing for my Destiny 2 order

    Since that was a Microsoft Rewards program offer, not an Xbox Rewards offer, support in this forum would not be able to assist. Preorders were not eligible for the Microsoft Rewards offer.

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you'll need to contact their customer
    support.     Generally the games have to be purchased during the offer period.

    As Smwutches says, we are not currently running an offer for controllers. That is a Microsoft Rewards offer, and not a Xbox Live Rewards offer.
