    Microsoft rewards not sent.


    I spent my Microsoft rewards points on a $50 gift card, but my gift card balance remains at $0.40. I never got a reciept in the email either.

    Worse, I can’t spend my remaining points on anything, because when I click “confirm reward”, it says “Enjoy your reward!” as usual, but nothing else happens and I still have the same amount of points.

    Keep in mind it can take up to 24 hours to receive the funds after redeeming them. If you don't get them by then, check your order history on the redemption page of the Rewards site and it'll either give the option to resend them or it'll list a code for them. If not, contact Rewards support via the contact link on the very bottom of the Rewards site.

    Before emailing support, keep in mind it can take 24 hours to receive codes after redeeming them. You can also check your order history on the redemption page of the rewards site and it will either list the code there as well or have the option to resend.

    at the bottom of the Rewards site you'll find the link to contact the Rewards support.

    The only people who can help you with Rewards account issues !

    In March, all Australian Rewards Members were migrated to the Microsoft Rewards program. This information was available as a popup on the Rewards site as well as sent to your billing email. Therefore, your Australian Rewards Account was closed and moved
    to the Microsoft Rewards program.
