    So every time I use the app it doesn't load properly, I've tried reinstalling, restarting, and I did where you hold the power button on the Xbox for 10 seconds, all didn't work, and this problem been going on for a very long time and I still couldn't find a solution

    Are you currently in a location where Microsoft Rewards and Xbox Game Pass are supported?

    If so, try to connect to a different network connection if it would fix the issue. You could use your mobile data hotspot.

    We could also try to change your DNS:

    Press the Menu button on your controller and choose Settings. Select Network > Advanced settings.

    Select DNS settings. Choose Manual.

    Now enter 8.8.8.8 as Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 as Secondary DNS.

    After entering the DNS server addresses, press the B button on your controller to save changes. If everything is in order you’ll see It’s all good message.

    Restart your console then check the app again.

    What just happened when you launch the app? Did you get any error code or error message?

    May I also know from which country are you currently located?

    Does the issue only happen to that particular app? How about your other apps?

    I'm sorry to hear the Microsoft Rewards page is not loading properly on your browser.

    Not only that, but I would like to ask if you tried to open the Microsoft Rewards page in a new incognito window, or if possible, try to check if the website works when you visit it on a different device, like a phone, or another web browser.
