Microsoft Rewards not letting me claim points for a purchase I made in April

I have downloaded microsoft rewards after seeing it appear on my dashboard on Xbox home. I am loving the app so far but have had one trouble with it. I have bought and installed sea of thieves before Microsoft Rewards was released,
via the Xbox store, but have not yet received my 6000 points. I hope you are able to resolve this issue as I am hoping to buy a new game soon.

Due to the fact that I have had to spend a good amount of time finding put your site and whatnot aswell and posting this, I would also like a bit of compensation aswell as my 6000 points in entitled to.

Should purchase of Recon Tech Special Edition Controller via Microsoft Store go toward Rewards/VIP?

Should I have received reward points or VIP points for the recent (April,2017) order of the Recon Tech Special Edition Wireless Controller?

During the purchase, the form suggests getting a Rewards account so the purchase is allocated but it doesn't give an option to link or refer to an existing Rewards account. When I made the purchase, I was logged into the Microsoft account that is tied to
my xBox gamer tag and Rewards account.

credits missing for April

I have no credits showing for any of the purchases made for the month of April. I have received all the rewards from previous months, but the April credits where I have spent over 480.00 have not been credited to me. I am at the top tier of the rewards brackets
so there should be enough purchases by those standards alone to have been a credit deposited. Please let me know what has happened. If you want the exact numbers I will be happy to get you a print out of the microsoft transaction page showing the purchases
from april 1st to april 30th.

Since it was purchased before the offer became available, it is most likely not eligible, but you would need to contact customer
support for the Microsoft Rewards program for assistance.

As the promotion finished on 6th April, 65 days would put it to around 10th June

I have checked the billing website, especially the "Points" section and it lets me see any transfers to or from microsoft until April 2011 and none of the months from April 2011 - March 2012 show a transfer of 1600 ms points to my account. I supposidly received
an email with a code which I then redeem for the points but that likely went to my junk mail and was auto deleted after 10 days. As they were never claimed, it should be easy enough to be sent another email with a code?

Thanks for the reply! In regards to making the purchase and not receiving the rewards, did you happen to go back to the rewards site after making the purchase to claim the 4000 points? Once you claim it there, the points should be added soon afterwards.

If not, then you would need to do so; however, if you've already done so but didn't get the points, then you'll want to reach out to the Microsoft Rewards team by opening up a ticket as our Ambassador and my fellow XBF member have advised.
