Microsoft Rewards not giving points when I click on activity

When I am doing the daily set for Microsoft Rewards, whenever I click on the task (for example true or false), I get no points after I click on it. All of these tasks have not been completed yet, and even things in the "More activities" isn't working. None of the daily searches are working either. I can still participate in the tasks, they just don't give any points upon completion. Any solutions?

You'll want to contact Microsoft Rewards support via the contact link on the bottom of the Rewards site.

On the Rewards Home Page, in the Blue Bar near the top, there should be a Heart symbol (Just Giving)..click on "lifetime giving" and make sure it's disabled.

I had the same thing when I first activated Just giving, in that it wasn't just donating points from seaches etc like it was supposed to.

Ignore all this if you have never set up just giving before or if it's not active

I mean that it is on auto redeem for a free month using points. When you go to Microsoft Rewards on the Xbox and click redeem, it gives you an option to auto redeem the the Ultimate game pass for 10,500 points

if you are having issues with Microsoft Rewards Points you should go to the following link and click on Contact Microsoft Rewards Support

give as many details as possible when contacting them so they know what they need to fix.

they will sort your problem out.

if you do the quests but don't receive the reward points go to https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/ scroll to the bottom of the page and click the link to Contact Microsoft
Rewards Support.

that will open a support ticket where you can give details of the quests you have completed and the amount of points missing
