Microsoft rewards not appearing on my xbox app (PC and Mobile)

Hi There

I have recently joined up with microsoft rewards, but my rewards don't appear on xbox app (PC and Mobile). I live in South Africa.

Why is this.

I just checked it here and the MS rewards should be available on PC and Mobile in your region unless you are doing it on the console since this is not yet available on Xbox console.

I suggest you submit a ticket here so that the Reward Team can check your account and further help you with this issue.

Hi there!

As checked on my end, there's no app designated for mobile or PC for Microsoft Rewards. You may instead manage your rewards online through https://www.microsoft.com/rewards

I'm using the app on the mobile phone, but have also tried it on a tablet and a friends PC. The friends PC that I tried it on was the same PC that he uses to access his rewards page on his xbox app.

Looking into this, it seems it was released in November on a Trial basis with users being selected at random...don't think anything has been rolled out globally yet:

Edit: Just logged into the Xbox Mobile app as was curious (haven't used it for 6 months+) and the quests are showing. Weird

The Microsoft rewards feature is now missing on the XBox app on mobile.

Hello my name is zahir a independent advisor.

The following usually (it has always worked for me) gets the Rewards tab to re-appear in the app:

Change your mobile phone from Wi-Fi connection -> mobile data (or vice-versa).

Refresh the app by dragging down on it or simply close it and re-open it.

Your tab should re-appear. If it does then you can revert back to your normal connection method and the tab should still be there.

You can try to download the apps again on pc and mobile log in and check if it works.
