    Microsoft rewards mobile searches


    I was on microsoft account homepage when it said i can double points from mobile searches if i set bing to my defult search engine which it already is and when i click on my overall points it says i have 120/120 points feom mobile searches when i only
    got 60 this is also the same with pc searches how can i fix it

    Rewards mobile - is it possible to switch off the Bing KI ?

    My apologies and I totally understand where you are coming from.

    I have tried the Bing search on my mobile rewards app and it seems to be working normally without the use of the "KI" button" upon using Bing search. Any letters I put don't disappear as well.

    It seems the app itself has the error.

    I would recommend you reinstall the Mobile rewards app for troubleshooting.

    You can also try to disable the Contextual search under settings > search.

    however, if this doesn't work, you may need to directly contact Microsoft Rewards Department as they have tools to fix your Mobile Rewards App here on this link:

    Just to confirm, you're trying to redeem Xbox Game Pass using your Microsoft Rewards points, correct?

    Have you tried searching for it via the Rewards app on console, mobile, and the website?
