Microsoft Rewards isn't giving me my points

I had bought an Xbox One X on the releasing date for it. I wasn't until yesterday that I was informed that there was a. Rewards system. The rewards system grants 50000 points to whoever buys an Xbox One X. Since I bought the Xbox One X prior to the acknowledgement
of the rewards system, I think that I should still be eligible for the 50000 rewards points.

Xbox Live Rewards Not Giving Points?

I got 240 microsoft points from xbox live rewards. And there not giving me my points. It's been a month now. Anyone have any advice?

You're not eligible, you bought it before the rewards came out. And had to buy it through microsoft.com

It's hard to tell what that offer is. I think your supposed to get 20 points for every dollar spent not 20,000.

Hi Carol! Just to clarify: Are you looking to give your child your Microsoft account balance or Microsoft Rewards points? While transfering account balance isn't possible, you can give Rewards points to your child or other family members by adding them
to your family in the 'Family' tab in your MS rewards hub.

As confirmed above, the Share points feature was removed at the beginning of June....though there seems to be a lot of confusion around why it was removed and if/when it may return.

Whilst the above (abuse of accounts) may indeed be the reason, I have also seen screenshots of that page saying "maintenance"..then again I have also seen a screenshot of a Rewards support person replying to a ticket basically saying they don't know anything about it save that it has been removed.
