Has someone information about starting Microsoft Rewards in more countries, like Russia, than at current time?

I think that Microsoft will never add Rewards for Russia. We have lost Xbox Game Pass, we have lost Xbox Live Gold... Microsoft has come out from Russia.

The Microsoft Rewards program is not currently available in Russia so you wouldn't be able to sign up.
