    Microsoft Rewards error


    Hi, so my Xbox Rewards was fine, I'm even been approved in the Insider program for Alpha for a while, yet for some odd reason my Microsoft Rewards was suspended last year according to Xbox Support, neither do they know why, they told me to post in the forums. Basically
    this need's looking into, I'm even in the Ambassador program.

    Oddly Xbox Support told me they can't do anything about it, they told me to post here. The only reason why I noticed this issue is because I downloaded the Xbox One beta app via the insider program to begin testing and yet I can't.

    Tried accessing the Microsoft rewards app through xbox insider, but it brought up an error stating that my Microsoft rewards account has been suspended. Thanks for any help

    I got this email a few days ago regarding Rewards deposit error.

    Please advise how could this be resolved?

    "We were unable to make your final Rewards deposit. Any pending Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems in your account will be converted into Microsoft Rewards points in late June, where you can redeem them for items in the Microsoft Rewards catalog."

    What is going on with roblox gift cards?

    It will be the Microsoft Rewards Team that can check that, Jin since the error is related to your Microsoft Rewards account.

    If it's giving you an error, you'll need to reach out the Microsoft Rewards support via the contact link at the bottom of the Rewards site.
