Microsoft Rewards - Doesn't work way too often

Yeah, that's a nope from me, not interested in troubleshooting for something that has been reported many times by multiple people being that the app doesn't always work. But YOU have never had an issue so it must be all the other users like YOU that are the problem, right? I've got some advice for you, don't include [mod removed] like that in your replies.

If you want to actually do something maybe do a quick google (not bing lol) search of your own and you'll see how many people encounter issues, and then forward it to someone who can actually make a difference.

Why would I do anything? It works sporadically like it did today, so it isn't a user issue. You just need to stop man. I was hoping to get a response from Microsoft that they are aware and looking to improve the app. These aren't the type of things you seem to be helpful for.

Well, in case you didn't try. Sometimes changing your DNS address works:

go to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings

Once you’re inside the Advanced Settings menu, go to DNS settings and select Manual from the list of available options.
When you get to the next screen, enter 8.8.8.8 in the box associated with the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 in the Secondary DNS box.

Once the default DNS addresses have been changed, restart your console and see if the issue has been resolved at the next console startup.
(You can use 1.1.1.1 as primary and 1.0.0.1 as secondary)
