    Microsoft Rewards Didn't work COD Points offer


    Hello

    For the 2nd time now using an Xbox One X on 1GB internet UK Hard Wired.

    On the Microsoft rewards app this month I@ve just tried to do the 1500 reward points with a minimum of 1100 COD Points purchase

    I activated the punch card first.

    I then bought the points

    I then played the game.

    The activation and the Play the Game parts of card are ticked but the purchase is not and I haven't received the points.

    How do I go about ensuring I get them or a refund as I only bought them because of the rewards offer?

    Hi,

    it seems that there have been some issues with several punchcard offers the last few days.

    Just follow the link at the bottom of the Rewards site and contact the Rewards support.

    They'll sure give you the missing Rewards points.

    The 6,000 points is a Microsoft Rewards program offer, not an Xbox Rewards program offer. For assistance with the Microsoft Rewards program you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. Per the terms of that offer, preorders
    are not eligible.

    If the Reward is Microsoft Points, they will appear under Pending on your MyRewards page by the 15th of the following month. If the Reward is anything other than Microsoft Points, an email will be sent to your contact email listed here with instructions
    to redeem your Reward. The Rewards for completion of a Punchcard will vary with each Punchcard offer. Rewards will not be provided during the Punchcard offer period.

    Xbox Rewards No Reward for Preorder

    There were no Xbox Rewards offers to receive 6,000 credits for Destiny 2. That was an offer from the Microsoft Rewards program. Preorders did not count towards that offer.
    Ok then, where are my Rewards points? I'm a member of both.
