Microsoft rewards credits not credited to my account

I've received an email last month (March) telling about an offer where I would earn 6.000 Microsoft Rewards Credits if I spend R$ 132,00 or more buying stuff in Microsoft Store (detail: I'm from Brazil) by the end of the month.

So I spent more than the specified amount on that month, but so far, no credits were deposited in my account.

I've tried to get in contact with Microsoft support in Brazil but every attempt failed. They just asked me to post my issue on this forum, hoping to receive support on this matter.

Has anyone else got $6.00 free from microsoft on 360?

I was going to purchase a few games from xbox live on my 360 and I went to add a credit card and saw that for some reason that microsoft put $6.00 into my microsoft account and thought that was just from the rewards program. But I happen to check another account on my xbox 360 that i didn't even use the rewards program with and have just purchase one game with that account and it also has $6.00 in that account also is Microsoft given out $6.00 to us or what is the deal?

Didn't receive my credits on the 15th, also can't log into my account

I haven't received my credits for my purchases in May credited to my xbox account

My remaining gems has not been credited in points. I believe I had 53.

And it no longer allows me to log in to xbox rewards to view my reward info..

Can you tell me the status of my 8177 credit reward points.

Hello edunaka,

Since you registered as a US member, we are only tracking purchases made in USD for your US Rewards Account. Since your purchases were made in BRL, they are not eligible for Rewards.

Rewards credits are not like Microsoft Rewards points. The credits are deposited directly into your Xbox account as currency.

Thanks, that's mean for 50,000 rewards credits they will be directly deposited as USD $50 to my account? (I'm in the US)

From the previously available FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in.

From the transition FAQ:

What about my current Xbox Live Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems balance?

If you have any pending Rewards Credits in your Xbox Live Rewards account on May 31, 2018, or if you are expecting your MyVIP deposit for purchases made in May 2018, Xbox Live Rewards will convert them into your local currency and deposit them in your
Microsoft account by the end of June 2018. You will then have 1 year to spend that currency on digital items from the Microsoft Store.

If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog. See the next question for when to expect your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems if you have opted-out of making the
transition to Microsoft Rewards.
