Discus and support Microsoft Rewards Code Not Sent in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; So for 1,500 points on Microsoft Rewards I purchased 100 Robux for Roblox on my Xbox 1s, and I haven't received the code, it was about a week ago now...     Microsoft Rewards Code Not Sent


    So for 1,500 points on Microsoft Rewards I purchased 100 Robux for Roblox on my Xbox 1s, and I haven't received the code, it was about a week ago now and I've checked every Email in my possession and it never showed up.

    I spent a lot of my points on this and it would be great if I could get some help and perhaps fix this.

    PS - When researching this issue I found someone had the same issue in mid 2016, fix your [mod removed] Microsoft.

    Microsoft Rewards Code Not Sent

    Before emailing support, keep in mind it can take 24 hours to receive codes after redeeming them. You can also check your order history on the redemption page of the rewards site and it will either list the code there as well or have the option to resend.

    at the bottom of the Rewards site you'll find the link to contact the Rewards support.

    The only people who can help you with Rewards account issues !

    This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. There are no offers for your region that would have resulted in a code being sent to you. We also see you currently as a Canadian Rewards member due to you registering into the program with a Canadian Microsoft
    Account, but again, this means that we would not have sent a code to you. The Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program, so we are not fully informed on their issues. You should try contacting their support team via the Microsoft Rewards website.

    You would have to contact Microsoft Rewards support to see about getting the funds sent as a code instead of direct
    download.

    Gold is still sent as a code.
