    Microsoft rewards, but ... no rewards? (serious problem)


    Hello everyone

    this is my problem and I wanted to share to know if anyone went through the same:

    I finished my achievements and my Binge searches I received my 100, but, did I miss the streak !? microsoft? please don't say "sorry we can't do anything Microsoft rewards, but ... no rewards? (serious problem) ;)"

    I had a 5-week streak if I'm not mistaken and when completing my missions today, I received 100 but I didn't receive my bonus.
    What happened?why is the application delay so absurd ?!

    Achievments synchronisation failed Xbox App Windows 10 and Forza Horizon 3

    Still cannot load the Achievements page, and NO in game Forzathons rewards after unlocked new ones this week.

    This is very serious problem as those rewards are exclusive contents.

    microsoft rewards says they have nothing to do with this , all the live rewards problems need to be solved by live rewards team

    For Rewards problems you'd actually contact Microsoft Rewards support, not regular Xbox support. There's a contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.

    Rewards pending issue has not been resolved yet, no response after 21 days. Please fix.

    At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience. If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition
    to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards
    catalog.
