    Microsoft Rewards (Bing Rewards) Never Received


    I redeemed 9300 Microsoft rewards points yesterday for a $10 Xbox digital card. I still have not received any e-mail or confirmation about the purchase and have not received my $10 Xbox CSV but it did remove the 9300 points from my bing account. It has been
    over 24 hrs since I redeemed the microsoft rewards points. I was trying to use it to purchase a game that is going off sale on tuesday 5/9/17.

    Can you please credit my account the $10.

    I havent received my year of xboxlive from bing rewards

    I have not received my 12 month xboxlive reward on bing rewards.

    Missing 2000 Bing Rewards Points

    I received the email sent last December to join Bing Rewards for a 2000 Xbox LIVE Rewards credit which would be deposited on/around January 8, 2014. I joined Bing Rewards (and now nearly have Gold status) yet I never received the 2000 points. When will
    I see the 2000 points in my rewards account? (as of January 21, 2014 they do not appear, not even in "Pending").

    You sign in with your Microsoft Account on Bing or on the Microsoft Rewards Xbox app and you will receive rewards points for doing searches and activities that can then be used to "buy" various rewards that will be sent to your email in the rewards tab
    using those points.

    It's not fare

    The Xbox Live Reward program only rewards users for making purchases, and when they make purchases it takes at least 1 cycle to receive rewards. If your friend only joined yesterday he was not rewarded from the Xbox Live Program. He could have received it
    from the Microsoft/Bing Reward program (separate) or from Sales/Promotions (separate).

    Drakken - There was a Rewards offer to receive 2,000 rewards credits for joining Bing Rewards. So the OP had his information correct.
