Microsoft Rewards App Achievement more. Earn More Not Working!

I have dealt with this too many times not being able to get my Microsoft reward points. I should receive 50 points after earning an achievement and what exactly is the problem you may ask...for whatever reason at nighttime the Microsoft rewards app doesn't work properly after getting an achievement. I have a video of me earning an achievement and not receiving the reward. How do get my rewards if your app doesn't give them to me.

already have. they just say they will fix it then send a email saying closed. don't think they can fix it. cheers

its everyone i ask, in chat now with people with the same problem. its achieve more earn more, rewards points. even went to someones house and downloaded my gamer tag. still broken. its Microsoft

yes mate, reset everything over and over again. its Microsoft 100%. people on the other side of the world have the same problem
