Microsoft Rewards and Design labs.

Hello,

Today a promotion for Microsoft Rewards is going on that if you purchase a Design Labs controller, you receive 5,000 Microsoft Rewards points.

I purchased a Design Labs controller yesterday, and was wondering if I could have these points added.

I have done a chat with MS Rewards support who sent me to Design Labs support, so I chatted with Xbox Support who then sent me here.

The Xbox Live Rewards Design Lab Controller is no longer a live offer. If you are asking about a Microsoft Rewards offer, you would have to reach out to their support from the Microsoft Rewards page.

Hi oHeN33dSumMilk. Smwutches is correct. Since you are not a Rewards member and the purchases you made were after the offer period, your purchase did not qualify for our Design Lab offer. You may be referring to Microsoft Rewards.

 

The Microsoft Rewards program is separate from the Xbox rewards program. You would have to contact their customer support for assistance.

 

I spoke with their support already who sent me who told me to contact Design Labs support, who told me to post here....

As Smwutches says, we do not currently have an offer that Rewards the purchase of a controller. That is a Microsoft Rewards offer, not Xbox Live Rewards.
