    Microsoft Rewards Achievement Hunter Not Working


    Hello everyone. I’m currently on an 18-week streak with the Weekly Set in the Microsoft Rewards app.

    The weekly set requires 3 achievements to be unlocked this week to complete but it’s been stuck at 1/3 for the last 4 day. I’ve unlocked more than 3 over the last few days and over multiple games/platforms to try and unlock this. Achieve More, Earn More hasn't unlocked for 3/4 days either. I feel like this is an issue with my account as these aren't tracking regardless of what game I try. I've sent a support request to the Microsoft Rewards team, but haven't heard anything back yet.

    I've tried hard resetting my console, removing my account and re-adding, uninstalling and reinstalling the Rewards app and tethering from my mobile data but nothing seems to fix this issue.

    Is this an issue others are having this week, and are you aware of any other solutions that I haven't tried?

    If I can’t fix this by the end of today then I’ll lose my 18 week streak.

    Rewards still not working for daily 50 pt achievement. Removed account and re-loaded it, deleted app and re-installed it, all the while fully shutting down Xbox multiple times. Sounds like an app or Xbox problem.

    25 week streak about to be ruined because of a rewards “error”. Just got 10 achievements today and nothing reflects in the rewards app. Just over an hour that I can hope for a fix before the week resets

    Hi Warren,

    I had no problem to complete it but I did it in on day all in Kart Rider. (160th week ;)) )

    But you can read in the app that there could be some delay.

    I'm crossing fingers for you that it will count cause you did everything absolutley right !

    Now it's in their hands. Answers from the Rewards support need very long atm cause they have a lot of requests !
