    Microsoft Rewards “Achieve more. Earn more.” Not giving 50 point credit


    So this has been an ongoing issue now for months it seems. Every so often, it will allow me

    to claim it, but more often than not, it doesnt allow me to claim the 50+ points for getting an achievement in any game. Its to the point that I’m missing out on hundreds and hundreds of points already and have lost count. Will this be corrected soon?

    Microsoft Rewards not updating the achievements

    I am having this same problem where it shows I only earned 1 out of 3 achievements even though I earned 5 recently. I would've completed a 40 week streak if it updated properly! If this isn't fixed then I am missing out on a 2,500 point bonus! I have earned
    5 achievements since Friday so I am also missing out on 4 days worth of 50 Microsoft Rewards Point Bonusus for earning achievements plus the 40 points for earning at least three achievements. 2,500+50+50+50+50+40=2,740

    This means I am missing out on 2,740 Microsoft Points! Please fix this so I can get credit for my achievements and not have to start over my streak.

    Rewards points have been buggy lately especially the one that gives 50 points a day for earning any achievement. It doesnt work.

    They’re saying it’s a server problem. They have deployed a fix, but it might not help you today, and to send them a screenshot of your achievement you’ve earned today with the date showing and they’ll credit you if you are unable to get it working.

    You would have to use the contact link on the bottom of the Rewards site to contact them again. Rewards support does not use the forums and we are just fellow gamers.

    Same thing here. I’ve been reaching out to support and I got the same answer and that if it happens again send screenshots.
