Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, no matter what I try I cannot fill in the form I'm asked to. I've tried different browsers and different devices.

I've genuinely no idea why my account is in this state. I've done nothing to warrant a "restriction" I've been on the same account for years and never had a problem before
