Microsoft Rewards Account Suspended

I was told by a member of the Microsoft support team that this is the place I should submit my request..

I logged in after a few months of being away, and my account is currently under suspension.. not sure if it has to do with being outside the US and using my rewards? Looking to see if there is anything I can do to rectify this? My account is very old and
would hate to see it remain banned for something I was unaware of.. Thanks

Xbox Rewards Becoming Microsoft Rewards

I was suspended time ago from Microsoft Rewards, my question is, now becoming Xbox Rewards into Microsoft Rewards, my account, will be revoked the suspencion?

or i will be suspended even if i had an active Xbox Rewards account?

 

Will my account be suspended because of the transition from Xbox Rewards to Microsoft Rewards?

So a while back, (over two years ago, I think) my Microsoft Rewards account was suspended because there was multiple Microsoft accounts that were used on my computer. Now that the Xbox Rewards Program is converting to Microsoft Rewards, will my Xbox Rewards
account become suspended too? Will I get a second chance?!

The Xbox Rewards program is not the same.
