Microsoft Rewards account suspended

    Microsoft Rewards account suspended


    My Microsoft rewards account has just been suspended for trying to redeem my bing points. How long will this suspension be upheld? Is this permanent? I've tried calling xbox support but they do not have a department to handle the rewards problem. I've also
    read online that this could be permanent, why are they making it harder to resolve this kind of problem?! As of right now, im waiting on a response from the email i sent them from the suspension page, which takes up to 24hrs. This whole experience has made
    me feel like im wasting my time and money on a crappy company that just doesnt care, even the support ive gotten with from calling xbox live. Ive been loyal to xbox for 10 years and it just hasnt been reciprocated at all!!

    Xbox Rewards Becoming Microsoft Rewards

    I was suspended time ago from Microsoft Rewards, my question is, now becoming Xbox Rewards into Microsoft Rewards, my account, will be revoked the suspencion?

    or i will be suspended even if i had an active Xbox Rewards account?

    Will my account be suspended because of the transition from Xbox Rewards to Microsoft Rewards?

    So a while back, (over two years ago, I think) my Microsoft Rewards account was suspended because there was multiple Microsoft accounts that were used on my computer. Now that the Xbox Rewards Program is converting to Microsoft Rewards, will my Xbox Rewards
    account become suspended too? Will I get a second chance?!

    I’ve been suspended for 6 yrs now it doesnt come off. If other people in your house use Microsoft rewards too many people in the same house you get suspended that is what happened to me. Can’t help I have brothers and sisters didn’t even know my dad had
    a rewards account but they said I violated the terms and suspended me and 6 yrs later they still haven’t taken it off. Hopefully it was a mistake and someone will get back to you and explain why u were suspended so u can at least see if it was done in error.

    same thing happened to me my account been blocked for almose 8 years now

    all microsoft doing is suspending not fixing problem

    Same here. Bing rewards account got locked in "under review" or something forever and then got rolled into Microsoft rewards and is now suspended. I don't really care about the points so much as I don't want my xbox account to get
    suspended for some goofy reason.
