Hey all,

I have/had a "Bing Rewards" account that has been suspended for a good while and I'm still not sure why it was suspended, when the "Bing Rewards" account was switched/renamed to "Microsoft Rewards", the account was/is still listed as suspended. My
question is: If my "Microsoft Rewards" account is suspended, will my "Xbox Live Rewards" account be suspended as well? I've had an Xbox Live Rewards account since the beta in May 2011 and have used it every month since and don't want to lose it. Follow-up
question: If my account stays suspended, does anyone know how to reinstate my account or at the least, find out why my account(s) was suspended in the first place.

Microsoft rewards program

my Microsoft rewards account has been suspended for an unknown amount of time. When Xbox rewards transfers to Microsoft rewards, will there be a way to end the suspension? I cant even recall why my account was suspended in the first place

Worried About The Rewards Change

Hi, really worried my Xbox Live Rewards account will be banned when the change to Microsoft Rewards. I went to sign up to MR and it said, "Uh oh, it appears your Microsoft Rewards account has been suspended." So am losing my account? is it because of the
change? why is my account suspended? how can I fix this?

You would need to contact customer support for the Microsoft
Rewards program for assistance. The Xbox Rewards program does not have a suspension system, but since it is shutting down it wouldn't matter anyway.

is it your Xbox Live that has been suspended or your MS Rewards?

if it is your MS Rewards that has been suspended, go to https://account.microsoft.com/rewards/, scroll to the bottom and click on the link for Contact Microsoft Rewards

I'm unable to sign into my Microsoft rewards. Whenever I sign in to Microsoft rewards it says that I'm suspended. I would like to know the reasoning of why I'm suspended. A screen pops up on the Microsoft rewards page and says "uh oh it appears your
Microsoft rewards account has been suspended. This probably because it didn't meet one of the requirements outlined in the Microsoft Services Agreement." Please let me know as soon as possible why my account is suspended.

The same thing has happened to me. I have two email accounts, gmail.com and Oulook.com. Every time something is updated, all my info which I have attached to gmail goes back to Outlook automatically. Since we're only allowed one account, it looks as if I've
breached an agreement. The problem is that the automatic update caused the breach. So, I'm tired of trying to keep it straight. It happened another time, also, and even though I explained the update problem they tried to make it seem as if it was my fault.
No more rewards for me. They can have it.
