Microsoft rewards account problem.

Your deposit was prevented due to a mismatch between your UK Rewards Account region and your US Microsoft Account region. When you register into the Rewards program, we create a Rewards account based on your Microsoft Account region
at the time of registration. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one
regional currency, it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency.

I am so sorry you are having issues with your Microsoft Rewards account being suspended.

Please keep in mind, this is a community forum, I cannot see why your account was suspended - I am a user like you.

As per Microsoft's Terms of Service, you do not need to be told why your account has been suspended. They hold all the rights to suspend the account for any reason.

If you believe your suspension was unjust then the best thing to do is to contact Microsoft and make a refutation using their Bing Rewards support page. Here is the link: [https://rewards.bing.com/support]

Alright, so what can i do to fix this problem, I'm in the USA right now and have been for the past 3 years. There has to be a solution.

to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards
catalog.
