I don't have multiple user accounts per household

I only have one user account per individual.

All account information is correct, including the first name, last name, and email address

I am residing inside the supported regions.

I have never used third-party apps, cheat codes, bots, or any automated methods for this

I have written many support requests, but there has been no reply, and nothing has changed

still i got ban

Yeah, it takes time for them to investigate the cases, you may have to wait a while for them to respond. Their usual response time is 24Hrs as specified on the Support request form.
