    Microsoft Rewards account has been suspended ????


    This is what I was greeted with upon signing into Microsoft Rewards for the first time since it came to Canada:

    Uh oh, it appears your Microsoft Rewards account has been suspended.
    This is probably because it didn’t meet one of the requirements outlined in the Microsoft Services Agreement.

    Please help!

    I had no issues at all with Xbox Live Rewards before it switched over to this!

    my Microsoft rewards account has been suspended for an unknown amount of time. When Xbox rewards transfers to Microsoft rewards, will there be a way to end the suspension? I cant even recall why my account was suspended in the first place

    Yeah, it takes time for them to investigate the cases, you may have to wait a while for them to respond. Their usual response time is 24Hrs as specified on the Support request form.
