You would need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program via their redemption page.

You need to contact rewards support. They will answer in 24 hours period. They always do. Contact them here. You
can only send them a mail but they always answer in 24 hours period and they will compensate you if something goes wrong. They always do.

Keep in mind it takes up to 24 hours to receive the code. If you don't receive it after 24 hours, you'll need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program (they are separate from the Xbox Rewards program). Their contact is listed on their
redemption page

The gamertags are just being released over a 24 hour period, you don't have to claim them in the 24 hours.
