    Microsoft Reward Top 10 Achievement Issue


    I have earned two achievement on Minecraft on Windows 10, and have received notification for both achievments on my Xbox, but I'm unable to select "unlock an achievement" in "Microsoft Rewards Top 10". I did activate the punch card in "Microsoft Rewad Top 10" prior to earning the two achievement in Minecraft.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, Windows 10 uses a different version of minecraft. So you would need to purchase both versions of minecraft to play on Xbox and Windows 10. I’ll link them both here for your convenience.

    Thanks, it is a strange one. For some reason the Win 10 store shows that I owen Minecraft but not in the Xbox store. So I'm unable to play it on Xbox. I did purchase Minecraft back when Mojang Studios owen it. I do use the same account for Xbox and Windows, which it why the achievements displayed on the Xbox. Just can't understand why the Xbox store does not show i owen it.

    there have been issues with several punchcards the last few days.

    If you haven't received your points within 48h (working days) you can contact the Rewards support.

    You'll find the link at the bottom of the Rewards site.

    It’s also possible that you must unlock the 2 achievements on the Xbox edition of minecraft for it to count. I am not 100% familiar with the punch card, but you may need to unlock them on your xbox.

    It as now been over 24 hours after getting two achievements in Minecraft, and I'm still unable to unlock "earn any achievement in any one of our top 10 favorite games" in the reward app on Xbox.
