Microsoft Reward task completed but not rewarded

Hello, i have completed a Rewards task in the Xbox app but i have not received the 2500 reward points.

I have followed the link to the store and buyied the Apex Coins, then i've activated the season pass but the app never give me the "green spot" for task completion.

What i can do to receive them?

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with Microsoft Rewards. I recommend logging into your Microsoft
Rewards account.

Then go to the rewards request form and submit a
form for them to look into. Sometimes takes a little bit for the quests to update also.

Credits for that offer should show as pending about 15 days after the game ships as long as you purchased it as a physical disc from microsoftstore.com on or after March 7.

From the FAQ for that offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your game’s shipping date.

Since it has not yet been 15 days since your purchase, the Credits have not yet been awarded.

Yeah I got mine. Xbox live rewards is great. But they need to hand out rewards more often and for completing other tasks. Perhaps gamerscore related awards ?

Best bet would be to contact the Microsoft Rewards support team directly from the contact form at the bottom of your rewards dashboard on a browser. They're always able to help me when I've contacted them in the past.
