    Hallo zusammen, hoffe Ihr seid alle Gesund!

    Zu meinen Anliegen, nämlich dem Microsoft Support, dachte Ich hätte in meinem Leben miesen Service erlebt, wurde eines besseren belehrt.

    Was ist passiert? Nun, Ich habe auf der XboX glücklicherweisse bei Microsoft Rewards "Schnellgewinnspiel" "flip and win" meine ganzen Punkte verspielt, zum Glück habe Ich auch gewonnen; eine XBox Guthaben karte im Wert von 225 Euro. Da habe ich mich wahnsinnig
    gefreut, nun die Freude ist verflogen denn Ich habe sogar nach ner Woche immer noch keine Bestätigungsemail bekommen. Unzählige Support Anfragen wurde immer wieder mit Autoresponse abgewiessen, wow ernsthaft schon 5 Tage ist es nicht möglich den Support anzuschreiben,
    man solle sich woanders mit dem Anliegen wenden wird auch empfoglen in der Auto Nachricht.

    Seit gestern habe Ich schon bestimmt 3 Std. am Telefon erfolglos verschwendet. Der support Chat ist auch für die Katz ..2Std. lang =

    Gestern sprang ich sogar zig mal von Position 4 auf 8 wieder zurück.

    Wieso wird einem in Microsoft nur Steine im Weg gestellt, meine Güte, echt unfassbar so ein grotten schlechter Service!

    Was kann ich tuen, wie kann ich meinen Gewinn endlich erhalten, ist nicht umsonst ein "Instantwin Game".

    Ich hab Verständniss wenn man überfordert ist, aber dann sollte man solche Apss auch abschalten um Ärger vorzubeugen.
