Microsoft Reward Points Still Pending After Over 1 Month?

is it normal for Microsoft points to take over 1 month to be redeemed, they’ve been pending for along time now. Thanks : )

Why are my rewards still pending. It is the the 15th.

I have over 50,000 rewards points. It is the 15th and they are still pending. Why cannot I not use them.

Reward Points

From the rewards FAQ:

+ How do I receive the Microsoft Points I earn through Xbox LIVE Rewards, and what are Pending Points?

A. Microsoft Points earned through Xbox LIVE Rewards will be automatically deposited into your Xbox LIVE account by the 15th and 30th of each month. If your Point total is less than 100, the Points will be held as Pending Points until a quantity of
100 is reached. Check out the Points Pending tab on your
MyRewards page to see your Pending balance. Pending Points will not display in your Total Rewards Points
Awarded summary.

Microsoft rewards points or Xbox Rewards credits? The 2 programs are separate.

if you mean Xbox rewards credits, it depends on how many you have. Credits are automatically deposited after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. So it can depend on how long it takes you to earn the credits.

it says “pending credits” and they’ve been there for over a month allready earned and redeemed, just not deposited yet. And it’s Credits sorry for the mixup

i have on my rewards program 70 points pending.. from 3 surveys and a 1 month live..i completed 2 ADDITIONAL surveys as a gold member no points added to pending, i added 3 monthes of live .. again ..you guessed it still the same old points pending...
march/april i lost count mate at the points i spent.... MASSIVE
