Microsoft Reward points not showing up

In Bing offers I did all 3 Destiny 2 reward steps but the 6000 points for purchasing Destiny 2 do not show up, it acts as if I still need to buy the game.

Gamer tag is and the email for Microsoft rewards is *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

Not earning reward points on purchases

Hello,

I am not earning points for purchases I have been making, at least they are not showing up on my account page? I'm not seeing rewards for Microsoft Bing Rewards show up either? Can you help?

Rewards points not showing up

Hello Bionic Motion,

You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account),
where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. There you will see that you spent that deposit the very same day on a purchase of Elite: Dangerous consumables.

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you'll need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. They are not the same as the Xbox Rewards program.

You can find the link at the bottom of the Rewards site.

Since the last purchase isn't older than 48h I would recommend to wait some more days before contacting them.

Hi n3r0b0mb. It takes about 96 hours to process purchases. Since they were made on the 12th and 13th, they needed time to process. The 5,000 Credits are pending in your account now.

It takes up to five days from completing an punchcard item until it shows as logged.

If the Reward is Microsoft Points, they will appear under Pending on your MyRewards page by the 15th of the following month.

If the Reward is anything other than Microsoft Points, an email will be sent to your contact email listed here with instructions to redeem your Reward.
