Microsoft reward Money not coming in

On the Microsoft Gem page I ordered two of the 5 dollar points and it said it would be in my Microsoft balance within 92 hours. I had a problem last time I spent gems on money and it didn’t come within 15 days. I’m very upset that this is happening because
I ordered these Microsoft money a week ago.

Microsoft Rewards Emails Not Coming

Okay I know this isn't solely an Xbox-related discussion but I am getting fed up with the problem I have been having for weeks now. Ever since Microsoft updated their Rewards page through Bing, I have submitted redemption requests for $3.00 MS gift cards
and those emails never show up in my email account at all, not even in my trash or my spam folders. I even tried swapping my primary email account to see if that would fix the issue, but it didn't. And every time I contact MS's support team, they say the same
thing - "Check your email provider's support pages for assistance" like they deny the problem is on their end. I still get emails from Microsoft on anything BUT my rewards redemption codes.

Is anybody else having issues like this? I really don't want to think this is just me having the problem.

 

The credits should show as pending on the MyRewards section of the Rewards site. If you redeemed them before the 1st, they would be scheduled to deposit around the 15th. If you redeemed them after the 1st, they would be deposited at the end of the month.

From the previously available FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

You can review when your Credits were pending, as well as when you had 5000 pending, on the MyStatement on the MyRewards page.
