    It's likely due to the rules about earning free credits etc in your country. We don't have specific info for you though, unfortunately.

    You are correct, Switzerland is not available in Xbox Rewards: https://www.xbox.com/en-US/regions

    I'm afraid there is no official information from the Bing Rewards Team regarding this however you've got nothing to worry! As the Rewards Program continues to expand its supported regions over time. I highly recommend you submit your feedback regarding on adding Switzerland to the Xbox Rewards program directly to the Microsoft Rewards Team so they can properly review your suggestion.

    I do not have Reward menu neither on my xbox, and on my xbox app.

    The Microsoft Rewards program is available in Switzerland, but Xbox Rewards is not. You'll have to wait and see if it expands to your region. http://xbox.com/regions
