Microsoft removing games from your xbox account

can Microsoft remove games from your account if they can't see the license on your account? None of my digital games work? And i purchased them from another profile or the xbox games with gold with my live gold membership.

Another way to attempt to fix this, is to remove the account from the xbox in settings->accounts-> remove accounts. After that is removed login with that gametag again to force the console to fetch your live subscription data. In rare cases your Xbox account and live account will lose sync.

Your games are tied to the account you bought them with.

You can share most games with Family and you can set Game Sharing with another console either in your house, or your friend in another town to allow you to "share" the same games.

But you cannot buy a bunch of games as "Tim", then log in as "Johnny Anybody" and start using "Tim"'s games.

 

I've only got one account on the xbox.

 

Above you mentioned "I purchased them from another profile".

That suggests that you purchased them from... well... another profile.

If you purchased them on your VHDB gamertag then they should be in your Download History.

Look at that and re-download. If they are not there then contact Support.

If you purchased them on another profile then you will need to log in on that profile to play.
