Microsoft Relms will not stop charging my card

Some time ago I set up Microsoft relms for my daughter to play Minecraft with her friends. I was being charged $11.63 a month. Then I started getting charged twice a month, now I am being charged every week. We have stopped the subscription and have removed the payment method but the payments will not stop. It even shows as expired. What needs to be done?

For Minecraft Realms billing issue I suggest you contact Minecraft Support as they are the one who handles billing concerns for this game.

No problem, I understand your confusion.

About see which account/email is the one that's using the card, unfortunately that's not possible due to Microsoft support is not able to share or access to a Microsoft account that's not yours.

My advise would be get rid of that card, in that way the charges are going to stop, or also ask to your bank to stop incoming charges from Microsoft.

(But I would prefer ask for a completely new card), and try hiding very well the card once you get a new one.

And yes, usually all subscriptions are charged separately

Xbox support can't look for card numbers on the Microsoft profile's, if the payment keeps coming trough your card it's because the bank hasn't stopped the charges like you requested, other way would be to request a card replacement, as Microsoft can only charge that card

I don’t have an account. My son did this and it’s a couple of charges from Microsoft Xbox. I just need to know how I can go about getting them to stop the recurring charges on my debit card

I have had the same thing happen to me for the past 12 months now. No microsoft subscriptions ever, but unauthorised monthly charges to my credit card account for $15.95au MICROSOFT*ULTIMATE 1 MONT MSBILL.INFO AU. Credit card has now been replaced three (3) times, but the bank (the biggest bank in aus) assures me that this time the charges will stop. In my case, I don't believe it was actually Microsoft charging my card. It has now been 2 months since the last unauthorised charge hit my account.
