    Microsoft refunds are aggravating.


    The other day I bought the season pass for Far cry 5. loved the base game, no issues. I Install the expansions and get through one of them. I start the second one and my game crashes. I retry this serval times with both the second and third and it gets crashing. I uninstall then and reinstall and clear my data cache like some advised on the community when things like this happen. Nothing works to fix the issue. I then send a request for a refund and it is denied due to the fact that i have consumed/played the product. So basically I am stuck with non working expansions that I cant use and cant exchange. So yeah Thank Microsoft.

    Microsoft refunds are aggravating.

    I think i am just frustrated that I went through all the proper steps to try to get it working and then asked for a refund and they just say no and do not even offer any other way to help me with my issue. It just sucks that I can't even use the expansions, if we could find a way to fix that i would have no issues.

    same with most platforms, you can get a refund if no older than 14 days and not used for more than 2 hours, some items are classed as consumed as soon as they are used as these are added to the account and cannot be removed.

    Same with me. This is seriously aggravating. I have considered trying to get a refund as well.

    Phone and Chat support are not available for this issue.

    For $5 this is not worth the aggravation, but still a horrible customer experience.

    O.K. This is getting really old, how about you refund the money to me that I paid for a havoc map pack with missing content, and the aggravation of a unreliable network....OH and don't worry I will NOT be renewing my xbox live subscription. This Network
    is nothing but a let down it's a crapshoot every time you turn it on because you don't know if it will work every time a new DLC or game is released. It's a shame I've always been a Microsoft guy, well my friends loyalty on goes so far especially if it causes
    me to waste money. Refund Please.
