Microsoft Refunded Me Against My Wishes

So a couple of days ago I purchased two games and decided I wanted a refund and submitted a request. I wait three days and get an email saying that my request has been rejected. No problem (keep in mind I never replied of followed up to this email). I
submit a new request and about an hour or two later have a change of heart and respond to the email I received after submitting the request that I want to cancel my request. I wake up this morning and see they refunded one of the games but deemed the other
purchase ineligible. This is an error on Microsoft's end so it should be an easy fix right? Wrong. I call and long story short they tell me because they already accepted the refund (against my wishes mind you) there is nothing they can do, the license has
been revoked from my account, and I would have to buy the game over again. That wouldn't be a problem if I got my refund before the sale ends on top of the fact they put a risk rejection on my account to where I couldn't buy the game even if I had the money.
I am now in a bind where I either have to suck it up and borrow money or buy a game I had that I asked them not to refund in the first place at double the price. The basic point I am getting at is that Microsoft's refund policy is flawed and "rebuying" everything
isn't a fix. It's a band-aid to the bigger issue that your protocol as far as refunds is inefficient and simply sucks. I'm not normally one to type paragraphs or even be in forums but this issue has to be addressed. I can't accept being given options, following
protocol, being failed, and then still being talked to or made out to be the one that messed up when Microsoft dropped the ball
