Microsoft realms charging me, but no realm exists.

Hi, I purchased a Minecraft realm on my Xbox back in November, but after a month of not playing and having some financial troubles, I decided to cancel the realm. Here’s the problem I’m having:

On my end: There is no realm.

I have reset the game, played a hard copy, redownloaded my profile, and nothing works. I can’t cancel the subscription because on my Xbox, it doesn’t exist. I already canceled it once

On Xbox end: they see no issue. The realm exists to them so it is a technical problem.

They won’t cancel the subscription.

This is so frustrating. I just want a real person to call me and help, but I get some outsourced person that tells me the same thing I got from the robot. Or if someone would just cancel the sub on their end this would all be over. I don’t know who to contact about this anymore

I have the same problem and I can’t find anything that helps! I bought realms on my IPad but that broke (charging port doesn’t work, might actually need to be cleaned idk) and so I can’t add it onto my phone for some reason! This is honestly horrible! I can’t even contact tech support to resolve this issue! It’s ridiculous! I just want to play minecraft like seriously this is so stupid

I have exactly the same issue, and it has happened twice to me now. The Realm says it has expired even though the recurring billing function charged me on the renewal date, then a few days later the realm says expired, and so I click renew and it charges me for a new realm as well. I am currently being charged for 3 realms when I actually only have 1!!!

Can someone please help.

The same realm will exist. The Realm subscription is separate to Game Pass, so will not go away if you cancel Game Pass.

I redeemed this perk this morning and it doesn't work at all. If I try to go to realms in-game, using java edition as instructed, it just brings up a screen with a link to try a free trial, or a link to buy a realm. When I go to my microsoft account to look at my subscriptions it lists me having a minecraft realm for the next three months.

I'm about ready to cancel my subscription right now. Don't want to be charged when it rolls around for nothing. If it says I have a realm then why don't I have a realm in the game?

Could be an issue with the realm itself (exists the possibility that the realm corrupted now)
Because it's strange that you face this problem not matter the device used.

Judy to confirm, are you able to test / create another realm?
Or, can you ask a friend to join to your realm if possible to see how it goes?
