    Ambassadors are meant to be a friendly, helpful, and welcoming face to Live. The previous two to post did none of those things.

    When you are a representative of a program that is meant to be helpful and friendly, then no, you don't get to be rude and unfriendly no matter if that is your opinion.

    If you want to behave that way then you leave that program.

    I think someone else is being a little silly.

    However I won't go so far as to "name and shame".

    Is the problem on the console itself or when people are checking their scores on websites?

    I use a cheevo site and loads of people from Candanianadania are having probs but people from the UK seem to be fine.

    there is absolutely nothing to the ambassador program, literally anyone can apply and get in. no one should be held to a higher standard just because they have some silly little symbol below their name.

    Surely you guys should be looking for other information to help the OP, this isn't the first question like this I've seen posted on the forum.

    Well done OWEN for helping the OP. I'm beginning to see your points about the Ambassador Program the more I read on this forum.
